The only personal data we collect is what you choose to enter in the “Book a demo” form: your name, work email, company, and any optional message. We collect nothing else — there is no tracking, advertising, or analytics on this site.

We use these details for one purpose: to respond to your demo request and arrange and follow up on a demo. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not use your details for marketing and we do not add you to any mailing list.

We keep your request for up to 12 months after our last contact, then delete it — unless we enter into a business relationship, in which case it is retained as part of that relationship.

Your request is stored on our own infrastructure within the EU. A transactional email provider (acting as our data processor) may process the notification email on our behalf. We never sell your data and never share it beyond what is needed to contact you about your request.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or port your personal data. To exercise any of these, email [email protected].

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY).

We use no tracking or analytics cookies, so there is no consent banner. The site stores a single functional preference in your browser (your light/dark theme choice). It is never sent to us and is used only to remember how you like the site to look.
